We had a wonderful family getaway at this hotel. The panoramic views of Mt. Etna were amazing, and the kids loved the spacious room where we could all unwind. The staff were really nice.
My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests.

The location is great, you have a fantastic view of Taormina, the Aetna and the sea from the entire hotel. You feel like you are on a fortress and you can simply enjoy the view, especially the two hotel terraces (also the restaurant terrace) and the terrace of the room are the jewels of the hotel. . The staff is very courteous and friendly! . Car is taken away free of charge, parked and brought up at check out, luggage is brought to the room, welcome drink included, good service at the bar, very nice restaurant staff.
The room was not really clean, the carpet should have been vacuumed. . ! ATTENTION: very unsanitary swimming pool !! . There is no water exchange in the pool, no automatic cleaning. . The water is very warm - too warm and since it is not cleaned, I unfortunately caught an unsightly infection in the pool, which I could not know at the time. . The swimming pool is in the yard of another house across the street, it's a small pool, soft plastic lining, stairs are broken and there are no loungers or seating areas around the pool. There were also no sunbeds.

The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and we loved the cozy terrace. Just a heads up, getting to town can feel a bit planned out with the shuttle schedule, but it's all worth it for the amazing scenery 🌅

It had amazing and beautiful location minute walk from a 14th-century stone defensive tower. Was set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very knowledgeable and qualified. The breakfast in the in-house restaurant with excellent service was delicious.
